Our StaffQualificationsIndividual Pursuits has recruited and maintained a highly experienced group of staff. Most of our staff has been with us supporting the individuals we serve for five years or more, many have been with us from the beginning. Individual Pursuits currently employs 15 full-time and 2 part-time staff. We also have a pool of relief, or casual, workers. All prospective employees of Individual Pursuits must meet the following basic eligibility requirements:
